Existing clients


I will collect keys if possible.  However, unfortunately, this may not always be possible.  If I am unable to collect your keys, they should be put in a sealed envelope with your name clearly marked and hand delivered to my address a minimum of 24 hours before the booking is due to commence.


New clients


All new clients are required to have a meeting in their home.  This is to go through everything required for the catsitting booking and obtain the keys for your home.


Visit times


Clients booking one daily visit should note that the visit can occur anytime between 7am and 7pm, a specific time slot cannot be guaranteed.  It is therefore recommended that the first catsitting date is requested for the day after you leave for your holiday.  Clients booking two daily visits receive both a morning and afternoon visit.


Messages during catsitting dates


Please be aware that I do not always send messages to confirm daily visits have taken place as time is limited and if I sent messages to everyone, there would be no hours left in the day.  If you haven’t heard from me and you would like an update, please feel free to send me a message as I will always reply.


Catsitting supplies


In relation to food, litter, medication, etc. please ensure that enough supplies are left to cover the entire period that the booking is for.  If it is small animals I am sitting for i.e. rabbits and guinea pigs, I appreciate that, for bookings over a few days, greens do go off and I will replenish these (at the owner’s expense).


Wheelie bins


I am happy to put out wheelie bins if requested, however they must be easily accessible.  If bins are heavy, please ensure they are as close to the front of the property as possible.  Please note I cannot guarantee the time they will be put out so this should be considered when making a request.




New clients


Subject to booking acceptance, full payment is required to be made in cash and left for collection from your home on the first catsitting date.


Existing clients


Full payment is required on receipt of your invoice.  This is normally provided at the end of the catsitting booking.  Payment can me made in cash, by bank transfer or by Paypal.



There is no charge for cancellations made more than 72 hours before the first scheduled visit.

Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a charge as a percentage of the booking as below:

Covering the Heatons, Levenshulme, Burnage, Rusholme, Fallowfield,
